What Owners Should Expect From Monthly Reporting
A good management report answers the owner's questions before they are asked. Here is what belongs in one.

Owner reporting is often either too thin to be useful or so detailed that nothing stands out. The purpose is simple: tell the owner what happened, what it cost and what needs a decision.
A useful monthly pack covers occupancy and stay activity, completed housekeeping, maintenance jobs raised and closed, spend against agreed thresholds, and any outstanding items awaiting owner approval.
Consistency matters more than volume. When the format is identical each month, patterns become visible: rising maintenance spend, slipping occupancy, or recurring faults that point to a larger issue.
Portfolio owners should additionally receive a consolidated summary so that individual property performance can be compared at a glance.
